The Bonneux Xanjer 5Z36 concrete pump is the most compact machine in its segment, excelling on urban and indoor construction sites with limited accessibility.

The 36-meter pump was designed with a minimum unfolding height of just under 7 meters. Mounted on a 3-axle truck, this results in a low total weight and optimal maneuverability — ideal for use in tight or difficult-to-access environments. The 3 axles, and the resulting increased load capacity, also allow for transporting extra pipes and equipment.

Thanks to the compactly designed outriggers, stabilizing is possible even in very confined spaces. This makes the 5Z36 a highly maneuverable and versatile machine with excellent ease of use, perfectly tailored to the challenges of urban construction sites.

This concrete pump features a 5-section boom with a full Z-folding system. The boom is operated via radio remote control from the AUTEC® brand, combined with a proportional valve block. The design of the boom, combined with an automatic locking system, ensures optimal stability during concrete pumping operations.

The pump unit provides a capacity of up to 160 m³ of concrete per hour. The open-loop hydraulic system, combined with an accumulator-assisted S-valve, guarantees optimal output. The specially shaped hopper minimizes cleaning time of the pump unit.

The Bonneux Xanjer 5Z36 guarantees maximum stability thanks to hydraulically operated outriggers. The front outriggers operate with an X-opening, while the rear outriggers extend horizontally. All sliding parts are supported by plain bearings, and the combination with the truck’s automatic engine speed control ensures smooth and efficient stabilization of the machine.
