Our 51-meter concrete pump is unique in its class thanks to its approval for use on all roads, including highways. The machine combines an impressive reach of 51 meters with a surprisingly compact transport length of under 12 meters — ideal for efficient deployment on medium to large construction sites. The 4-axle truck ensures optimal stability and maneuverability, allowing you to benefit not only from a wide working range but also from maximum on-site flexibility.

Despite its imposing size, the 5RZ51 does not compromise on user-friendliness: with easily accessible pipes and components, the machine is designed for safe and efficient operation on-site.

The 5-section boom with an RZ-folding system is operated via a radio remote control by AUTEC®, combined with a proportional valve block. The boom’s design, together with an automatic locking system, results in exceptional stability during concrete pumping operations.

The pumping unit enables performance of up to 160 m³ of concrete per hour. The open-loop hydraulic system, combined with an accumulator-supported S-valve, ensures optimal output. Thanks to a bombed hopper, cleaning of the pump unit is kept to a minimum.

The Bonneux Xanjer 5RZ51 guarantees maximum stability through hydraulically operated outriggers. The front outriggers feature an X-style extension, while the rear outriggers swing outwards. All sliding parts are supported by slide bearings. In combination with automatic engine speed regulation of the truck, the machine can be set up quickly and efficiently.
