The 73-meter Bonneux Xanjer concrete pump, mounted on a unique 7-axle Mercedes-Benz Arocs 4553K, is currently the benchmark for top-level performance in concrete pumping on the largest and most complex construction sites.

With an impressive maximum reach of 73 meters and unmatched maneuverability thanks to its 5 steerable axles, this machine combines the pinnacle of power and technology with precision, even on the most demanding terrain. Each axle supports 10 tons, which is exceptional and crucial for both stability and performance.

This pump is a technological masterpiece by Bonneux Xanjer: featuring a 6-section boom and a reach of no less than 73 meters, it is the largest concrete pump in Belgium. Intelligent vibration damping, FEM analysis, and a bionically reinforced design ensure stable pumping in all conditions.

The entire system — from the open hydraulic system of the pump unit to the user-friendly controls — is supplied by Rexroth, renowned for its reliability. Operation is fully wireless via an AUTEC® remote control, allowing the operator to maintain safe and precise control from a distance.

The pumping unit delivers performance of up to 160 m³ of concrete per hour. With an increased concrete pressure of 90 bar, the machine effortlessly meets the demands of heavy-duty concrete pouring. The open-loop hydraulic system, in combination with an accumulator-assisted S-valve, ensures optimal output. A bombed hopper minimizes the need for cleaning the pump unit.
